And the hits just keep on coming

Firefox 5 is in beta 3 now. Seriously? I just upgraded to Firefox 4.

I do wonder what the future holds for web browsers. Are we going to go all Tidy Bowl man in the monitor, or is it more virtual reality beemed directly into my cerebral cortex? And please, none of you biology majors give me crap about which part of the brain receives such information.

Unrelated: How awesome is this t-shirt design?

How's FF4? I'm still on 3.6

I can't guarantee that it's related, but my MacBook Pro has been rebooting on occasion ever since I upgraded to FF4. There were a couple of other upgrades that happened at the same time, though, including Flash, so I haven't got it isolated yet.

All of a sudden, the busy pointer comes up, the screen goes blue, then I'm back to the login screen. Rather annoying. No error dialogs, no indication that anything was wrong. Before the upgrades, this never happened.

Other than that, the only thing I don't like about FF4 is the behavior when you have tabs open and click the "window close" button. FF3 asked if I really wanted to do that; FF4 closes all of the tabs silently, then gives me a small and tasteful "restore last session" button when I fire it up again.
