Lost your keys?

No problem. Simply hot wire your car.

I still haven't tried the tennis ball key thing yet, so it's unlikely I'll go this route any time in the near future.

Actually, Mythbusters TV show tried the tennis ball trick. They couldn't get it to work and declared it busted.

Sure you can! You just can't use a tennis ball, unless you cut a hole in it, fill it with lead shot, and throw it through a window. If that would even work - you might need some sharp points on the outside, too.
