It's time for another list

If Michele wants us to play, who am I to say no?

"Chick flicks" movies that I, a guy, love:

Children of a Lesser God(shut up)
When Harry Met Sally
Sleepless In Seattle
An Officer and A Gentleman
Steel Magnolias
Four Weddings and a Funeral
The Princess Bride
(I'm not convinced that this is actually a chick flick since I've read the book, but I'll play along)
The Truth About Cats and Dogs

“Guy” movies that I, a guy, do not like:

Rocky V
Rush Hour
Fight Club

Movies that I, as a hardened, cynical, unfeeling, soulless person tend to break down in tears while watching:

The Green Mile
Schindler's List
Dead Poets Society
Terms of Endearment
Forrest Gump
Brian's Song
(original version, not the abortive remake)
It's a Wonderful Life
One Flew Over a Cuckoo's Nest

You've upped your cool quotient with me. I, for one, loved Children of a Lesser God.

Upped my cool quotient? Wouldn't be hard, considering how low it is normally.

It's not only one of my favorite chick flicks, it's one of my favorite movies of all time. Must be my hopelessly romantic soul. Okay, not so hopeless anymore, being happily married and all, but still.

One Flew Over a Cuckoo's Nest - without giving away the plot for any neophytes who haven't seen it, is the scene that gets to you what I recall to be the last scene when a certain someone does a certain thing to a certain someone and then hefts a sink through the window? Is that vague enough?

When that certain someone does that certain thing? Yep, that's it.
