This week's sign that the Apocalypse is upon us

So Bugs Bunny will have superpowers now. What for? He ALWAYS won by just being Bugs Bunny, smartest hare-brained being in the universe. Anyway, here's the before and after photo:

Thanks to Jonah for the link.

Update: Looks like Michele agrees with me, albeit in a slightly more forceful way.

"New Coke," eh? Sounds good to me, let's run with it!

You are a heretic and shall be punished accordingly: drink only Pepsi from this day forward.

Dude, it looks like Bugs and daffy had an evil love child. Is this one named Damion?

I'm not going to rush to judgment. I was opposed to Tiny Toon Adventures when it first came out, but when I watched it, I found they kept the edgy, pop-culture-reference-laden humor that made the original Looney Tunes characters so appealing.

I say wait & see.

I might sound like a crotchety old man, but I usually reserve judgement. Up to a point, that is, and Loony Tunes has long since passed it. Some years back, it was decided that whacking people with 2x4's, or blowing up others with cartoon dynamite was too horrible for young minds to contemplate. Now you see someone run into a room and then, seconds later, the same character staggering around with a blackened face. Hmmm. How did that happen? And what moron decided that it was hunky-dory to show Speedy Gonzales on the Latin version of the Cartoon Network, but unacceptable to the US?

Dunny. Baffy. Dugs. Gah, cartoon crossbreed names are too hard to guess. Damien will do.
